Orders
How to place an order?
It's easy to order. Add the desired items to your basket and proceed to checkout, enter your details and choose the payment method that suits you. Check your email, you should receive an order confirmation email within a few minutes.
Can I buy on instalments?
Unfortunately, we currently do not offer this service. You can pay by credit or debit card or by Paypal. In some countries paypal support instalment payments.
Can I pay by cash on delivery?
No, unfortunately we do not have that option at the moment. You can conveniently pay for your goods using your bank card or Paypal.
How to get an invoice for my company?

What if I want to cancel the order?
You can cancel the order, but not later than 2 hours after placing it. Please contyact us by email info@sleepmaniashop.com.

Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to almost every country in the world.
Can I collect the goods myself?
No, unfortunately, we don't have that option, we only sell online.
How long does delivery take?
In-stock items will be dispatched within 2-3 working days of when the order is received unless you are notified otherwise at the time you place your order. Delivery time is calculated from the day the package is sent from our warehouse.

Sleep Mania headquarters and warehouse are in Lithuania, Europe.
Returns
When can I return the product?
If the product is not suitable, you can return it no later than 14 days after purchase. However, the product must be unused, in its original packaging and with all the labels. Sale items cannot be returned.
What if I want to return an item?
If the item is unsuitable and unused and in its original packaging, you can return it 14 days after delivery.

When will I get my money back for a returned product?
When we receive your returned item, we will inspect it thoroughly. If it meets our return policy, we will refund your money to the account from which payment was made at the time of placing your order. Shipping costs are not refundable.
It often takes up to 5 working days for a transfer to be processed. In the case of an international transfer, it may take longer in rare cases.
